He bridges crop development, soil science, and agronomic practices, using Geographic Information Systems to analyze sub-acre environmental factors influencing crop performance. With deep expertise in soil mineralogy and crop physiology, Kess continually refines management systems to improve outcomes. He holds degrees from Ohio State University (B.S.) and Purdue University (M.S., Ph.D.).
