In this current role, Phoenix works with Senior Leadership to position Ardent Mills as a leader for sustainability and corporate citizenship. He works cross-functionally and externally to build projects that not only achieve Ardent Mills’ long term goals for sustainability and growth, but also their key stakeholders. His high agility allows him to focus on and scale a wide variety of projects servicing a diverse collection of stakeholders with impact and real value always being at the forefront.
