Kaytlin Cryan

Director, Government Affairs

Kaytlin Cryan is the Director of Government Affairs at The Fertilizer Institute, where she represents TFI members on policy issues related to environment, health, security, and safety. She began her career as a legislative staffer in the Minnesota State House and Minnesota State Senate and has since spent the majority of her career advocating for U.S. farmers and ranchers in government affairs and public policy. Her experience includes serving as Policy Advisor to the Chief of the Natural Resources Conservation Service at USDA and holding government affairs roles at the National Corn Growers Association and the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation.

Kaytlin grew up on a corn, soybean, and swine farm in central Minnesota and earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
